Review Draft Plan
The draft Plan can be viewed and downloaded here. The Planning Commission made a recommendation to adopt the Plan at their meeting on May 26th. The public was invited to the Council's First Reading and Public Hearing on June 15th. The Council plans to conduct a second reading and consider adoption on July 20th at 7:00 pm.
Public Drop-In Meeting
A public drop-in meeting was held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at the Ray W. Hopkins Mauldin Senior Center. Attendees were able to review background information, ask questions, and provide input related to the Comprehensive Plan.

Comprehensive Plan Kickoff Meeting
On February 25th, 2025 the Comprehensive Plan process was officially kicked off! The project consultants met with the Planning Commission to discuss the purpose of the plan, the project timeline, and share some initial background information.
